    Confirmation meeting

    May 28, 2026 · New Hope Christian College, Library Studio Classroom. Prospective board members commit.

  2. 02

    Role identification

    Founding Chair consults with legal counsel to identify required board roles.

  3. 03

    Role confirmation

    Full board convenes to confirm role assignments.

  4. 04

    Legal formation

    Engagement of the Eugene Nonprofit Law Center to file articles of incorporation, draft bylaws, and pursue tax-exempt status.

  5. 05

    Meet & greet

    Founding board, Sheriff's Office command staff, and key community supporters mark the launch.

  6. 06

    First full board meeting

    Including additional volunteers. Primary agenda: scheduling the inaugural fundraising event.
